Feature request: Track each e.g. claude configuration separatly

Thanks for the great tool.

You already can specify multiple configuration directories.

It would be nice if it's possible to have a separate tracking for each configuration.

I have one paid by the company and a personal private one. It would be nice if both could be shown separately.

I use it mostly as menubar in Mac.

This adds the menubar Claude config selector for multi-config setups. It keeps the default All view merged, and lets users pick a specific Claude config from the menubar when multiple configs are detected. This will be available in the next release.
