proj_api.h not found #17
Description
I'm trying to install Relax on a Linux server under RHEL 9. At the configure step, I get an error message
"proj_api.h not found"
I have PROJ installed. After some online searching, I found this:
"The proj_api.h header and the functions related to it is considered deprecated from version 5.0.0 and onwards. The header will be removed from PROJ in version 7.0.0 scheduled for release February 1st 2020."
Is there a fix/workaround?
