Regular Expression operation email address regex does not support IPv4 domains

**Describe the bug**
The builtin regex for matching email addresses is invalid leading to bugs when parsing specific types of email addresses.

Note: The is bug only affects the built in regex pattern, not the email address extractor.

1. Go to cyberchef
2. Add a Regular expression recipe
3. Select Email addresses builtin regex
4. Try some repro examples.

**Expected behaviour**

Email addresses is not truncated in the input
`false_positive@[1.2.3.]` is not matched
`false_negative@[1.2.3.4]` is matched
