Add a hold fx behavior to freeze the screen

When a video is pause, some fxs continue to run (and so affect the image).
To be able to get a "real" pause and freeze the screen content, we need a Hold FX feature.

Near the Pause keybinding, maybe [SHIFT] +[KEYPAD5] ?
Idem reloaded : Shift + Click Pause btn?

I put it below 'Z' , the next logical Key for this feature instead of creating a conflict with the modifier layers ( KP_5 already has modifier SHIFT and NONE )

You did add another feature that the one i thought, and that"s great :-)

But, i was thinking like [PAUSE] that stop the playback and stop the fx chain ;-) , can the actual logic do it?

Maybe, it's possible by adding a paramter to the Pause"s VIMS that disable the fx chain ?

'Z' stops the playback and FX chain ( by returning copy of last rendered frame instead). KP5 only pauses playback of the top sample and underlying mixing samples will keep on playing. The feature you want is to move this cache to the sample layer ? Then, on "Pause with Hold FX" it would just return a copy of the last rendered from that particular sample's FX chain. Z is now more like a global toggle and freezes everything
