There are a number of features that are arguably missing from falloff maps:
- A way to configure falloff position (i.e. using multiple chunks for one sphere should be possible)
- A way to configure falloff size by dimension (x, y, z)
- A configurable falloff curve (i.e. linear vs exponential)
- A way to restrict falloff to only specific axes (x, y, z)
As a bonus, the names for "Start" and "End" on the falloff should be changed to "Center" and "Edge" or similar to clarify their intended use.

Its core to the Falloff Map's functionality. It essentially expands it to function as a open-ended gradient for all kinds of needs.
