Update Roadmap

Feature description

The Product Roadmap has a few things that are outdated:

• "Implement additional constraints, including the CopyChangeConstraint, the FeatureContextConstraint, and the FunctionConstraint." is completed
• "Representation of fusions" is done.
• Probably remove the 2025 Q3 trial use review ballot
• Probably remove the call to action manuscript, or move it to the Active section.
