Development: GitHub and keyword search tables

Description
GitHub data has to be stored in specific tables for easy retrieval and data analysis. Additionally, specific tables are to be created for supporting keyword searches.

Scope
As per the approved design, four tables have to created to the data from GitHub for the MVP of the project. Additionally, a table for supporting keyword searches is scoped.

Outcome
Total of five tables would be available in the schema -- four for GitHub-related data store and one for keyword search support.
