Indicate product is not being produced in 'Time remaining' mode.

If the Bunker or Nightclub 'Show all' option is selected, progress bars for products not being produced will still show a time estimate with the 'Time remaining' progress bar option. This should instead display N/A to indicate the product isn't being produced.
