Redis Timeout issue on Api and UI

Hi All.

Getting timeout on Redis:

Steps done : Pulled latest, deleted all docker images, started up.
Using Scalar, requesting token, after about 10 secs get attached image, same with logging in via UI.

Not sure where this is coming from?
