I really need to set cooldowns for Kits, there's no option right now.

The cooldown feature is provided as a standalone module named command_cooldown.
Currently, it may be a bit complex to setup a cooldown for a specific command, like kit giving command.

1. The /kit give is an admin-level command, so it's recommended to create another user-level command to claim a specific kit. (You can use command_bundle module to create such user-level command, like /claim-kit <kit-name>

2. To add the command cooldown for this /claim-kit command, you can wrap it with the /command-cooldown command. (You need to create a named cooldown, and then use /command-cooldown try-use command to test and manage the cooldown)

The command_cooldown module is introduced after the kit module, at that time, its main purpose is to provide the cooldown for kit module.
The cooldown feature is not built-in in the kit module, for the reason: Make it possible to add cooldown for arbitrary command, even if that command is provided by other mods.

There are many people ask me about how to setup the cooldown for kit module.
And I have plans to improve the command_cooldown module.
Also a plan to write a full example to document this use case.
