Do not touch the gui branch. Create your own branch, and after making changes, merge it into main.
After creating the GUI, the gui and main branches will be merged, and conflicts (if any) will be resolved.

Good to know! I'm way more familiar with python than bash, this makes things easier.

Soon I'll edit the clean logs utility to use functions so that it's usable in other python files like you did in there

I want to upgrade some scripts so that we can dinamically setup mtkclient for g23 or g24 (right DA file, preloader, scatter etc...) , and would be good to merge everything in a easy accessible UI

@shomykohai: I drag moto g22 lk image into decompiler and found out that it has similar bootloader unlock flow. Like moto g13/g23. However, the command get_key didn't work on it.

FAILED (remote: 'unknown command') - error on get key
but oem key {fake-key32} responded:
OKAY [ 0.005s]
Finished. Total time: 0.006s

I tried to make key wtih SOCID first half, SOCID + SOCID then SHA - it responds: OKAY but does not start unlock flow.
Same with fake key.

PS: I know that moto g22 is supported with mtkclient and it could be unlocked... It is just I wanted to unlock with finding of yours that worked on moto g13/g23.

Is this because moto g22 does not have that "open fastboot unlock" and is why no oem key? Checked with moto g13 image. It has open fastboot unlock (which triggers unlock)

@SamLee8 the unlock method for g23/g13 is specific to those phones only.

@shomykohai I get that the method is for g13/23 devices. However, this moto g22 looks similar to those and is probably based on Tinno as well. I've attached my lk image. Cheers :)

Also, oem key is just a default mediatek command, many phones have it but don't use it.
