Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In the current implementation, I haven’t found a native setting to create a signature that would be automatically included in replies to the customer.

Describe the solution you'd like

Please implement a signature in the ticket.
Something like: “Sincerely yours, Helpdesk.”
So that this signature is automatically included in the footer of responses to the customer.

Describe the alternatives you've considered

I add the signature from a saved reply. But that’s a couple of extra clicks on every ticket.
