(WIIU) hb app store keeps emptying ./get/repos.json

Describe the bug
I tried installing the hb app store, after installing, I couldn't install anything then I rebooted the app then it said to enable a repo in ./get/repo.json, I checked the file it was empty so I deleted the files, and it booted but I still couldn't install anything. I'm stuck in a loop

First time contributer here, but i think the empty repos.json behavior comes from libget. So i opened a fix fortheusers/libget#33.

Once libget side is merged, the appstore submodule bump should close this good.
