How do i scroll up ? Opencode + tmux

Hey im trying out sidekick, but i have an issue where i cannot scroll up, i tried using the crtl+q to enable 'normal' mode but its not scrolling, i tried using my scroll wheel like i do when i use opencode on a tmux pane, and instead of scrolling is cycling my previous prompts
