[Bug]: When Multipule plugin options are shown, I cannot click the install button to specify which plugin I want

Minimal Reproduction

Install plugin portal on purpur 1.21.11 with plugin portal, and use velocity on it, and try to install any plugin that as multipule types, and try to click the download button

Exception or Error

I do not have any errors

if It does say the server is on offline mode, I turned online mode off in server.properties, but i turned it on under the velocity settings in paper-global.yml
