Missing fedbus updates sporadically/intermittently

I seem to have missed (only?) the update for puremagic's 2.0.0 release. I did get [the] ones before and after it however:

puremagic should have been within the same minute as puppet-syntax-7.2.0 but as you can see, I didn't get that one. Got the ones before and after it though.

Any thoughts or ideas?

According to puremagic project, the version was created at 15:02 UTC, so I'm not sure if it should be in the same time as puppet-syntax, as I don't know the timezone in the log. I can confirm that the message was sent by release-monitoring.org, see https://apps.fedoraproject.org/datagrepper/v2/id?id=53c7fee4-7a05-4289-aab4-114c0d20e1a7&is_raw=true&size=extra-large

puremagic and puppet-syntax show the same date/time for their most recent release on release-monitoring.org which is what I am basing my analysis on. So ultimately timezones don't really matter. What does matter is that they both have the same time at release-monitoring.org and only one of them shows in my log as being received.

While I don't have a position to argue what you see there, I can similarly report that my consumer didn't get that message. yet it got the one(s) prior and the one(s) after.

I'm not sure, what could be wrong with the consumer, but the message was sent and delivered to rabbitmq server, so there is no issue on release-monitoring.org side.
