Issue with Crimea marking in Server Locations

The "Server Locations" section on project site shows Crimea as part of Russia. This isn't correct and should be changed.

I didn't find repository with website, so I created issue here.

I agree. We should use internationally recognized borders, otherwise it creates a lot of problems
