a recipe and checkpoint for CTC decoding using CMUDict

Dear authors,

First of all, I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding work you've done.

In Issue #34 , you mentioned your plans to provide an example for CTC decoding, which is based on CMUDict.
However, upon reviewing the current repository, I was unable to locate the code for CTC finetuning. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to share your CTC finetuning script and the associated checkpoints?

Additionally, it appears that the checkpoint for the AV-HuBERT Large model pretrained on LRS3 and finetuned on LRS3-433h ( https://dl.fbaipublicfiles.com/avhubert/model/lrs3/vsr/large_lrs5_433h.pt) is currently inaccessible. Could you please verify the status of this checkpoint?

The LRS3 checkpoint should be this: https://dl.fbaipublicfiles.com/avhubert/model/lrs3/vsr/large_lrs3_433h.pt. It's a typo and we will fix it.

On the finetuned CTC model, unfortunately we are unable to release it for now as it requires going through quite a bit of internal approval process.
