🐛 Bug Report

CLA link in the CONTRIBUTING.md file is broken.

To Reproduce

• Click on the CONTRIBUTING.md file inside the master repository
• The content within CONTRIBUTING.md will be displayed
• Click on the CLA link to be taken to an external page to sign
• A Facebook developer page opens with the message "Sorry, the link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed."

Expected Behavior

A page to sign a CLA.
