Implementing Testing

To make project directory modular and implement testing:

-Seperate slash command javascript files into seperate folders 
-Seperate ask.js into multiple functions
-Provide Mock data for testing

Ask.js will be seperated in the following function:

-Getting user message
-Making discord API call
-Storing chat history
