feat: Icon request for bicep and bicepparam

Microsoft's infrastructure as code (IaC) language is Bicep. The two file extensions related to Bicep are .bicep and .bicepparam. Nerd font already has an icon for Bicep, \ue63b or nf-seti-bicep.

Would love to see the bicep icons in the terminal when using eza.

If you look at previous PRs adding icons, it's actually fairly easy to add, given you keep your commits in order and all. I'd recommending taking a shot at adding it :)
