bug: Directory path isn't included in OSC 8 hyperlink

eza --hyperlink /usr/local/bin/eza

outputs this:

Notice how only the file name (eza) is part of the OSC 8 hyperlink. The rest of the path (/usr/local/bin/) is not part of the hyperlink.
