Add compatibility with codex cli from Open ai.

Could you please add support for OpenAI’s new Codex CLI. Taskmaster already works well with Gemini and Claude Code, so having Codex CLI integrated would make it much more flexible for developers.

The codebase for TM had migrated too far as the PR sat and I wasn't in love with that first go at it via AI SDK v4.

OpenAI has made a lot of enhancements to structured output and event streaming lately as they've been shipping fast on Codex.

Right now I am awaiting Codex 0.43.0 to ship which has some structured JSON output enhancements that should really make the TM integration solid (no task JSON through prompt engineering, but actual schema input).

So this idea isn't dead, but with a bit of patience it might be the most stable CLI integration of the bunch.

Also since then we've moved to ai sdk v5 and we've been using all of Ben's ai sdk adapters which has been fun
