Am I using rule multiple selection correctly?

When I go to the rules tab and try to multi-select, in order to delete some rules, the selection acts strangely. The only reliable way to select ranges seems to be by Ctrl-click, i.e. one by one. Otherwise, the ranges select from and to wrong items. It is hard to articulate the way it works, so the best is to try. Even Ctrl-A followed with using the popup menu and Delete does not result in all of the rules being deleted.
Also, ranges like to un-select themselves, even when clicking within the selected range, but not always.
Overall, the list boxes behave very different from controls commonly used in other products, both on Linux and Windows.

rows selection is broken on v1.8.0. It's already fixed, and will be available onthe next release.

Any chance you could do a release? It's been a while, and quite a few fixes are waiting.
