Switch cannon-op-e2e-tests CI job to use kona-proof instead of op-program #19789
Description
This will at least happen as part of the op-geth deprecation but doing it sooner gives us more confidence in the current kona-client and kona-host (as opposed to relying on vm-runner which uses the uploaded prestate).
