Native: Toggle visibility for Side and bottom Panels #2488
Description
It would be useful for the users of the Chipmunk in the native UI to have the ability to toggle the visibility of the side and bottom panels in the running sessions. The toggle button can be places next to the notification button on the top right, and they should be persisted across all open sessions and when Chipmunk is closed and opened (I think we will get that from egui for free as the persist feature is enable).
Once we introduce global shortcuts for Chipmunk then we can assign shortcuts to those toggle as well
