Wrench not computed in the multiplication operator #134

As for v2.1.x I believe all the current implementation should be working as expected. There is one TODO that we left out for too long, the wrench computation in the multiplication operator of CartesianState. The problem is I am not so certain what would be the math needed to derive this operation.
