Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Macromolecules
2. Change Sequence layout mode to Switch layout mode (second option in the turquoise dropdown with "A" on the top panel - Macromolecules modes switcher in documentation)
3. Clean canvas (to clean canvas, press Ctrl+Del)
4. Copy the following HELM string (focus on canvas and press Ctrl+V or via Open -> Paste from clipboard) : RNA1{R(A)[bnn]}|RNA2{R(A)}|RNA3{R(U)P.R(U)P.R(U)}|PEPTIDE1{C}|PEPTIDE2{E.E.E.E}$RNA2,RNA3,2:pair-5:pair|RNA1,RNA3,2:pair-8:pair|RNA1,PEPTIDE1,3:R2-1:R1|PEPTIDE1,RNA2,1:R2-1:R1|PEPTIDE2,RNA1,4:R2-1:R1|RNA2,RNA3,2:pair-2:pair$$$V2.0Actual behavior
