What is the problem this feature will solve?
Currently there's only possibility for admin/devops to configure skills in predefined config folders.
It would be useful for users to be able to configure their own skills.
What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?
Allow users to configure their skills from:
- DIAL File Storage (attach skill folders in QuickApp editor)
- Common marketplaces, e.g. https://skillsmp.com/ - we need to discuss and design that thoroughly as these are 3rd party resources
What alternatives have you considered?
