Attached file becomes unavailable after deleting one of them

What steps will reproduce the bug?

pre-condition: used Gemini 2.5 Pro Latest version and GPT-4.1

1. Create quickapp
2. Add several documents inside
3. Add available attachments type to upload file via chat
4. Attached new file via chat - check how many attached files the agent sees
5. Remove one attached file and verify check their number now

What is the expected behavior?

Number of files should decrease by exactly the same amount as was deleted in step 5

What do you see instead?

Application sees only those files that were attached inside the application configuration via 'Document relative URLs' option
