Orchestrators models with google grounding lost web access

What steps will reproduce the bug?

Whe using a model configured to use google grounding as orchestrator, the orchestrator cannot use google grounding (cannot search internet)

What is the expected behavior?

Funcionality of a model should be the same when using the model alone or by using it through a quickapp.

What do you see instead?

The model replies with "I am sorry, I cannot tell you what the weather is like in Malaga today, as I do not have access to real-time information."

Thank you for reporting this. Have small question though: has this feature worked in QuickApps 1.0 for you?

yes. For Quickapps 1.0 I'm using image version 0.7.1

Hi @photonn, we found out that combining static tools with custom tools is not supported on adapter level, please take a look at that.

We are still investigating whether a broader fix could be provided: for both adapter & QuickApps.
