Git Pre Commit integration

@thesmallstar did you want to dig into if it's possible to launch a process which can propose a commit message with a hook?

If that's possible, maybe we could even make it a https://pre-commit.com integration... that could be cool

Provide findings here, and we can discuss how to integrate it!
