I think there are some old HA configs.
in settings->mqtt switch off Discovery, apply, wait 5 Minutes, switch on discovery, apply. (leave mqtt enabled all the time).

Alternative: switch off mqtt in emsesp, use a tool like Mqtt-Explorer and remove all homeassistant/*/ems-esp/* topics from broker, then switch mqtt on again in emsesp.

HA has only reported the warning once or twice, so it's most likely left over data. The above should fix it, however if the warning still happens, use MQTT Explorer and send us the contents of the MQTT topic called ems-esp/thermostat_data so we can see the values for entities hc1/summer_temperature and dhw_extra.
