Can I migrate this driver to Arduino?

Hi, sorry to raise this question. I recently got a ST7789 display to ST1615 Touch function from Alibaba. The display is working with TFT_eSPI Library while I was stuck in the touch function. It was just too hard for me to understand the lower level API but I still wanna know if there are any methods to migrate this driver to Arduino IDE? Thanks.
