tab-bar-mode support?

Any chance for getting support for `tab-bar-mode` similar to how `persp-mode` and `elscreen` are supported right now?

**Edit:** I just realized the org this repo belongs to. I'll try to find some time and see if I can add `tab-bar-mode` support myself :)
