Explain how to remove tab groups in the Customization section at the main README #265

Hello, I searched everywhere for an easy to follow explanation of how to configure a single buffer-group for all tabs but everything has been confusing.
This issue #106 was not helpful to solve this.
Please, explain how to do this on the Customization section for the people who are just starting out in using this program. A ton of people want tabs that behave like browser or VSCode tabs, thanks.
