Unable to start the agent

I am trying to build a custom-plugin.
I already have executed, pnpm install and pnpm build

Whenever I try pnpm start or pnpm start:debug --character="../characters/cookfi.character.json", I get this error:

I tried running the command both on the root level and inside the plugin directory but both failed.
