How to use Eliza telegram bot instance to manually send messages?

I need a way to forward messages from one chat to another using an agent bot. I'm using the Eliza-starter repository and have imported Eliza as a package. However, this approach prevents me from directly accessing the bot's internal functions. How can I achieve message forwarding in this setup?
