Mirror screen reader setting to user settings #822
Description
Problem
Someone might enable the screen reader during initial setup but when they log in, the screen reader is no longer enabled because the setting isn’t mirrored to their user settings
Proposal
Like some of the other settings we mirror to the greeter, we should mirror screen reader settings bidirectionally
