While RTS was the original author of LIO, now that it's in the kernel it would be better to move away from vendor-associated naming, if possible.
(targetcli used to be called rtsadmin, fwiw. We didn't rename rtslib then because 1) not user-visible and 2) class/exception names are part of the API and couldn't be changed w/o breaking compatibility.)
Good names might incorporate 'target', 'lio', 'tcm' or 'ktarget'.
