feature request: /resume command to resume past claude code sessions #18

A built-in resume command would be nice for onboarding existing Claude Code sessions into waku.

Pick a session recorded for the open project, bind the task to it, and import the conversation so the transcript reads the way it did in the CLI.

Codex is tracked separately in a follow-up issue.
