The bold font in the QuickAccess dialog does not honor the "Dialog Font" scaling

Let's make sure issue is not already fixed in latest builds first.

• I verified I can reproduce this issue against latest Integration Build of Eclipse SDK

Steps to reproduce

From a fresh installation and clean workspace:

• In Preferences > General > Appearance > Colors and Fonts, change Dialog Font to a different size (e.g., 24pt), Apply and Close
• Open the Quick Access dialog (e.g., via CTRL+3)
• Type something (e.g., "Open")

I expected: the typed string being rendered in 24pt bold

But got: the typed string being rendered in 13pt bold

Tested under this environment:

• OS & version: macOS Tahoe on M1 MacBook Pro
• Eclipse Version: 2025-12 (4.38.0) - Build id: 20251204-0850

The root cause is that in

The freshly created table font is used as a basis. But the actual table font is changed later in PopupDialog.applyFonts() to the Dialog Font set in the preferences. So, in a way, the bold font in the code above is created too early and is not updated as the table's font changes. So it sticks to the original font as its basis.
