Error: Unable to open pwfile "/etc/mosquitto/passwd".

Dear All!

I have installed node-red to my proxmox 9.1.1 from this lxc template:
https://community-scripts.github.io/ProxmoxVE/scripts?id=node-red
I wanted to install plus a mqtt on it, done it, workig, but after i want to password protect it the mqtt broker fails with permission problem:
1768489486: mosquitto version 2.0.21 starting
1768489486: Config loaded from /etc/mosquitto/mosquitto.conf.
1768489486: Error: Unable to open pwfile "/etc/mosquitto/passwd".
1768489486: Error opening password file "/etc/mosquitto/passwd".

Password file created by mqtt password string.

Tried everything, but no luck.
What im not seeing?

What permissions do the passwd file have?

You have a typo in the filename. You have configured mosquitto to look at /etc/mosquitto/passwd whereas you have created a file at /etc/mosquitto/pwfile.

So just rename the file /etc/mosquitto/pwfile to /etc/mosquitto/passwd and then it should work.

That configuration looks strange to me, as you're doing a include_dir /etc/mosquitto/ which includes the location where the entrypoint config is typically located, e.g. /etc/mosquitto/mosquitto.conf...so I don't think it is reading the configuration correctly due to this error.
