• Although the comment in pom should probably refer to the property below, for ant.external.version. ant.version was set to 1.10.15 in then-master (and it's still 1.10.15 in 7.x), and only downgraded in Merge from master #25733 d2429df.

I think I noticed this before the release, retested, and as it worked, I updated it to 1.10.15 in #25910
