esp32 build

I'm trying to build forte for esp32. I used a script setup_esp32.sh and setup_esp32_no_lua.sh I even tried to write my own script, but I keep getting the same error at the stage of calling the make -j4 command:

Could you please provide the full compile output. In C++ it is often good to see the first error message.

However from the error messages I see I have the suspicion that the FORTE_ARCHITECTURE flag is not set.

i guess:
setup_esp32.sh and setup_esp32_no_lua.sh are both outdated.
let me have a look.

I also have a curiosity about the Esp32 build .. in the end I'll have forte as a library right?
Is there an example of it's usage as such?
I'm used to the executable only.

Will it be something like this?

• Add forte lib/include to the Esp build
• Create a Task on Esp Main for running forte
• Add something like the following to this task:

  #include "forteinstance.h"
  C4diacFORTEInstance g4diacForteInstance;
  g4diacForteInstance.startupNewDevice("0.0.0.0:61499");
  g4diacForteInstance.awaitDeviceShutdown();

@diplfranzhoepfinger Do you remember what was the Esp-IDF version used as base to create the toolchain-esp32 files ?
