can not start a stopped service

Running caretakerctl start my-service will do nothing after the service was stopped with caretakerctl stop my-service.

• Before stopping the process shows up running ps aux
• When stopped the process disappears from ps aux
• running caretakerctl start my-service yields no errors, but the process is not running and not included in ps aux
• the same behavior happens when running caretakerctl restart my-service
