Inconsistent jsonschema dependencies in `jupyter-server-2.17.0-GCCcore-14.3.0.eb` and `Python-bundle-PyPI-2025.07-GCCcore-14.3.0.eb`

The following two easyconfigs produces modules that can be loaded together, but they install incompatible dependencies on jsonschema:

The version one gets will depend on the order in which the corresponding modules are loaded.

Since jupyter-server has an (implicit) dependency on Python-bundle-PyPI, we should just remove jsonschema from jupyter-server (and check what other overlap there is in the list of extensions included in jupyter-server)
