Service Requests for any templates which has "Is Billable" turned off is considered free and will not be fetched for billing. However, even if Item Price is not set the service will be fetched for billing so that the user can set the rate and continue to Invoice the patient.

@akurungadam , great is not considered in PI, but in Service request, we can't close it, as it refers to an open item that need to be closed
