Hey @Isha1233. This could be a nice improvement. I would suggest the following:

• Make a separate contact us page and reference it in footer.
• If someone accesses the page, they should be able to fill up a form with their details and the problem description.
• When the user submits the form, it should be processed by backend to send them an email on the email they provided saying something like we have received your query, please stay tuned.

This mailing service is not available on backend yet, but is fairly simple to integrate with packages like nodemailer or similar. If you can take this up in single ticket it would be nice, else we can break this issue into multiple tickets. WDYT?
