How to serve an image from memory?

let's say I have a binary png image.
I'd like to serve it using something like this.

// I have binary png data in this ptr
// unique_ptr<uint8_t*> png 
auto resp = HttpResponse::newHttpResponse();
resp->setStatusCode(k200OK);
resp->setContentTypeCode(CT_IMAGE_PNG);
resp->setBody(<WHAT_DO_I_PASS_HERE>);
callback(resp);

Can someone help me with what I should pass to setBody and whether this is the right approach at all?
